Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapeutic plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with various demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing diverse mental health conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed of advancements in mental health research.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance comprehensive client care.

Your work will focus on serving a diverse client population, many of whom may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience level and caseload.
