One Mind Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring that clients receive high-quality mental health services. The successful candidate will hold a current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and have at least two years of experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing evidenced-based therapy techniques to address emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet the needs of clients based on their diagnoses.

• Documenting all therapy services in compliance with facility standards while ensuring accurate tracking of each client's progress.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload while participating in treatment team meetings to discuss patients’ needs and streamline services.

• Contributing to a culture of safety by addressing client complaints and working collaboratively towards resolutions.

• Performing additional duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to clinic needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy services.
