Work Environment\n As a completely remote workplace based in Palmdale, California, we provide our therapists with the flexibility to create their own schedules, promoting a healthy work-life balance. You will engage in virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or chosen workspace. Our state-of-the-art technology, including integrated electronic health records (EHR), ensures seamless communication and collaboration with your colleagues and clients. Notably, there will be no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on your therapeutic work during scheduled hours. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and history of substance abuse. \n Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs. \n Maintain accurate, timely records of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients. \n Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, fostering a support network around each client. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on serving clients who have been pre-screened for therapy, ensuring that you work predominantly with stable individuals experiencing low-acuity issues. This level of pre-assessment enables you to concentrate on providing high-quality therapeutic care in a supportive environment, where clients feel safe and valued.
