Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, assessing needs and emotional states through both verbal and non-verbal cues. \n Create personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapy modalities. \n Regularly evaluate client progress, modifying treatment plans by integrating new techniques and insights gained from ongoing sessions. \n Facilitate discussions that help clients learn and adopt healthier emotional and behavioral patterns, focusing on relationship dynamics and individual growth. \n Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of practice. \n Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clientele includes a diverse mix of individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and trauma. The LMFT will have the opportunity to work with clients from varying backgrounds, providing tailored interventions to ensure that each client feels understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n Active LMFT license in California, allowing for independent practice and provision of therapy services. \n Solid experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing tailored therapy plans. \n Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, with a deep understanding of empathy and active listening. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy, particularly in a telehealth environment. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). \n Experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package.
