Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to identify presenting concerns and mental health history. \n Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's needs, ensuring adaptable strategies to facilitate their path to recovery. \n Facilitate both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy workshops addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as relationship dynamics. \n Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback, ensuring a personalized approach to care. \n Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and specialists to provide integrated support and comprehensive care for patients' mental health needs. \n Engage in professional development opportunities, including training and workshops to expand your therapeutic techniques and stay abreast of best practices in the mental health field. \n Contribute to program development by providing insights and recommendations that enhance the quality of service delivery and overall program effectiveness. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse clientele that encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, addressing mental health challenges that impact their daily lives.
