You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and maintain contact with clients, ensuring continuous support in their home environments. The work schedule will generally run Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n
