Ecommerce Account Executive: Amazon & Walmart Growth

Position Overview We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Account Executive to join our growing team, with a specific focus on Amazon and Walmart.com. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate, and creative, with a strong desire to succeed. Sell and oversee Ecommerce marketplace business as well as traditional and non-traditional retailers in the US under supervision of our Head of Sales. Develop and maintain relationships with executives at active as well as prospective accounts, work aggressively to maintain current sales as well as push for growth where possible. Become an expert in this product sector and help strategize new ideas with the design team while keeping them knowledgeable on current selling trends and Ecommerce opportunities. Solicit (cold call) new accounts to grow account base and support continued expansion across Amazon and Walmart.com and Club channel retailers including Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing Amazon and Walmart.com accounts, preferably both, including retailer portals, item setup, forecasting, inventory flow, order management, and marketplace growth strategies within an apparel or consumer products environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop new sales strategies that deliver aggressive growth targets and optimize opportunity with open accounts across the country Manage and grow Ecommerce marketplace accounts including Amazon and Walmart.com and Club channels Work cross-functionally with internal teams on Ecommerce inventory, replenishment, retailer portals, item setup, pricing, and shipment coordination Use Existing or create new product strategies to target new retailers Send Inventory to retailers on weekly basis Working with internal production department to maintain delivery schedules Follow up with customers on PO's /Worksheets Entering items into Retailer's website for consideration/quotes Other miscellaneous communication based on retailer needs Entering orders- ensuring all orders are on time- Working with Internal Team to provide updates on customer shipments Track weekly sales & stock information and style recaps – Providing in stock status Maintain Inventory samples and line sheets to ensure we always have product available to show customers Experience and Skills: Bachelors in Fashion Buying/Merchandising or a related field that demonstrates your dedication to the industry Minimum of two-year experience in the fashion industry Direct Ecommerce and marketplace experience required, specifically Amazon and Walmart.com, preferably both Experience managing or supporting Club channel accounts including Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s Wholesale strongly preferred Experience managing retailer portals, Ecommerce item setup, inventory flow, forecasting, and marketplace account maintenance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Holds self and others accountable for work commitments and outcomes Impeccable time management skills with great sense of urgency Highly organized and detail oriented with great appreciation for accuracy Basic understanding of product creation process Experience working in wholesale business with China Ability to proactively trouble shoot, and problem solve in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Encourage team atmosphere within area and across product categories; fosters open communication in a team environment; receives constructive feedback professionally Requirements Commute to this job’s location Authorized to work in the United States 3+ years of experience in Sales Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements Salary Disclaimer: The disclosed salary range for this position is intended to provide candidates with a general understanding of the compensation range associated with the role. However, please note that the salary range is commensurate with experience and does not encompass the entirety of the compensation package.
