Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining access to necessary resources and support. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that carefully consider how patients’ medical conditions impact their psychological well-being.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate integrated treatment plans that appropriately address a patient’s psychiatric needs alongside their medical conditions.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with medical providers to ensure coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and timely support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and heard.

• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to take an active role in managing their health conditions.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for all patient interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Proven proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals facing co-occurring medical issues.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
