Our telehealth setting allows for a flexible work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance. As a remote provider, you will utilize advanced digital tools and platforms to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-ups, contributing to a dynamic and modern healthcare experience. The flexibility in your schedule, primarily from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, enables you to accommodate clients' varying needs while maintaining a consistent workflow.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account cultural differences and individual patient experiences to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities best suited for your clients' needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing technology to create interactive and engaging therapeutic environments.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in urgent situations, ensuring safety and stabilization during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and empowerment in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care to continually refine therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, complemented by a strong commitment to cultural competence.

• Substantial experience providing both individual and group therapy aimed toward diverse populations using inclusive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities, along with proficiency in managing emotional and challenging situations calmly.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a familiarity with digital communication tools necessary for remote therapy.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
