Work Environment\n

Operated remotely, this role provides the flexibility of telehealth services, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Our team consists of multidisciplinary professionals who collaborate toward a shared vision of mental health support. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we understand that some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather insights into clients' backgrounds and unique experiences, leading to personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, group sessions, and family dynamics, ensuring these approaches are culturally responsive.

• Establish rapport with clients during virtual therapy sessions to understand their challenges and facilitate open discussions about their mental healthy concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated care and effective treatment delivery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support via telehealth during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapy options, and community support resources that can aid in the healing process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and legal guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Take part in ongoing case conferences and participate in cultural competency training to further improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with various mental health disorders and therapeutic methods, emphasizing cultural competence in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
