Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish clear, therapeutic goals during initial consultations.

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive practices and addressing various mental health concerns.

• Monitor clients’ progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists (such as psychiatrists) as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Our clientele ranges widely in age, background, and mental health experiences, offering you the opportunity to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to specific issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management.

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and timely client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
