Key Responsibilities\n

  Utilize your education, training, and clinical expertise to establish independent psychosocial diagnoses for students dealing with various challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues.

  Partner with students and their families to develop tailored, patient-centered treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and goals.

  Implement effective behavioral interventions employing evidence-based methodologies, including solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to ensure measurable progress.

  Collaborate with school personnel, including teachers and administrators, as well as external healthcare providers, to create a cohesive support system surrounding each student.

  Regularly monitor treatment effectiveness, tracking patient responses through assessments and feedback, whether conducted virtually or during in-person consultations.

  Assist in the management of psychotropic medications alongside medical practitioners, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy to optimize student health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

  Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice therapy independently as an LCSW in the state of Arizona.

  At least one year of professional experience in a clinical setting as an independently licensed therapist.
