Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other trauma-informed approaches.

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation that complies with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance client care.
\n
• Collaborate with external agencies, including medical providers and educational institutions, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical practices as mandated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with Lightbox, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily composed of adults navigating mental health challenges. You will be required to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, including those from underserved communities. Qualifications\n

• An active LPCC license in the State of California, in good standing.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical assessment techniques, treatment planning processes, and proven therapeutic interventions.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration with clinical staff.

• Must be able to provide clinical services without ongoing supervision.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and clinical documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in community mental health, crisis intervention, or telehealth services.

• Previous experience working with youth, couples, or within family systems psychology.

• A background in addressing the needs of diverse populations and underserved communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
