Key Responsibilities\n

As the LCSW at Wellness Wisdom, your day-to-day will involve:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions and therapy modalities tailored to patient preferences, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, addressing a broad array of mental health conditions related to terminal illness, grief, and caregiving.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and care continuity.

• Collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary teams to create an integrated care environment that supports both medical and mental health needs.

• Facilitating patient and family education sessions to navigate mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses for exceptional performance.
