Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes that focus on diagnostic and functional evaluations to develop tailored therapy goals.

• Deliver timely mental health interventions to clients in crisis, assisting them during emergencies with a compassionate approach.

• Provide regular follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary modifications to therapy objectives.

• Educate and equip clients with self-management and coping strategies to encourage active participation in their recovery process.

• Document all patient interactions accurately within the electronic health record system, maintaining compliance with agency and federally qualified health center (FQHC) standards.

• Initiate preventative care programs and identify at-risk patients, collaborating to reduce the incidence of deterioration in health.

• Support primary care providers by recommending referrals to specialized mental health services when required.

• Stay updated with community resources to effectively guide patients in accessing additional support services.

• Comply with ethical standards set forth by the clinical professionals' code of ethics and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
