Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using automated symptom self-assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on client progress.

• Utilize our efficient therapist portal to maintain timely clinical documentation, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible for streamlined treatment delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the Therapy Leadership Team to seek guidance and insight when necessary, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.

• Diagnose mental health conditions using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards, ensuring accurate and empathetic assessments.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans that comply with best practices, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy models.

• Engage in weekly live video therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based care to adults dealing with various emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to optimize comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Compensation and Benefits\n
