Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure telehealth platforms, such as Zoom or Doxy.me, ensuring a safe environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Perform thorough assessments during initial consultations to identify clients' presenting issues, and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Empower clients through guided exploration of their emotions, facilitating insight and fostering greater self-awareness to enhance their coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish measurable and achievable goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting treatment interventions based on their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $52,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
