Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, exploring clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based treatment models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions designed to promote the mental well-being of each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, engage in risk assessments, and devise safety plans when necessary.

• Create and lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering a sense of community among clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring all client records are up to date and accurate.

The primary clientele includes individuals receiving hospice care, often dealing with complex mental health issues stemming from chronic illnesses, anticipatory grief, and end-of-life concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
