Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for individual clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to support individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive treatment and improve patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about current research and best practices in mental health therapy by attending workshops and other educational opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges.
