Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Royal Wellbeing, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to determine physical therapy needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and modern modalities, to alleviate pain and increase mobility and strength.
• Educating patients, caregivers, and family members on proper self-management techniques and the use of assistive devices for improved daily functioning.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Reassessing patients regularly to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the best possible therapeutic outcomes.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and keeping abreast of the latest research and treatment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
