Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals, establishing a thorough understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, both individually and in group formats.

• Create personalized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to the clients' preferences and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support strategies for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, teach coping strategies, and inform them of local community resources that can further assist their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, particularly concerning client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n
