Property Management Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper

We are a Multi-Family Property Management Company looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper

 

Location: Chicago North, Ravenswood Area

 

Hours: 10–20 hours per week

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and scheduling
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Track expenses and receipts
  • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
  • Maintain records in accounting software
  • Follow up on accounts receivable
  • Prepare basic monthly financial reports
  • Support general administrative tasks
  •  

Requirements

  • Experience using accounting software preferred
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  •  

Compensation

$18–25 per hour based on experience. Flexible schedule, approximately 10–20 hours per week , with potential for additional hours as business needs grow.

Ideal Candidate

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting small businesses is a plus

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative support and bookkeeping responsibilities and is looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a growing business.
