Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to inform treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals and incorporate feedback from the clients' family when appropriate.

• Document detailed patient medical and psychological histories, and maintain precise clinical records of all assessments, treatment plans, and session notes using our secure digital health records system.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families regarding psychosocial stressors and community-based services to foster positive outcomes.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and share insights that contribute to a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Sunflower Renewal, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
