Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans which align with their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients' concerns.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, potential treatment paths, and self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Monitor client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions offered within the organization.

Qualifications\n
