Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via a secure video chat platform.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on empowering clients to reach their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will assist are primarily stable, low acuity adults, presenting a variety of mental health concerns. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals develop crucial life skills that improve their overall quality of life. By fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys to find stability and fulfillment.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice (please specify your credentials and licensed state):

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your professional standing.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate nature.

• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including experience with video conferencing tools.

• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are beneficial:

• Previous experience in a remote counseling environment.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or counselor management platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to attractive compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus as an incentive for new team members. Our benefits package promotes your professional success and well-being.
