Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including co-occurring disorders. You will be expected to provide both individual and group counseling, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will play a crucial role in helping children, adolescents, and adults on their paths toward recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 100,000 and 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
