Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position based in Escondido, California, allowing for a flexible work schedule while fostering a sense of community and collaboration among team members. You will work from home, utilizing your technology and communication skills to connect with clients across a variety of platforms, ensuring effective and meaningful interactions. The virtual setting encourages a work-life balance while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personalized telehealth services that address the unique needs of each client, utilizing secure online platforms for assessments and counseling sessions.

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments and developing comprehensive care plans that promote mental health recovery.
\n
• Guiding clients through the availability and navigation of mental health resources, ensuring they have access to necessary services and support systems.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary virtual team to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to improved patient outcomes.

• Documenting all interactions, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organization policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on diverse client populations, including individuals facing chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, and those requiring emotional support during challenging life transitions. You will engage with clients of various age groups, backgrounds, and cultures, ensuring that your practice is inclusive and sensitive to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's in Social Work (MSW) and an active LCSW license in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice or fieldwork, demonstrating expertise in mental health assessment and intervention.

• A high degree of motivation and self-organization, particularly in a remote work environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirements for this role include two years of experience, candidates with a background in hospice care, palliative support, or community mental health services are highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth services and online case management systems will be an added advantage in this role, facilitating a seamless experience for clients.
