Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and trauma history.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the process of trauma integration and coping strategy development.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health practitioners, to coordinate integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance is available for patients in need.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance support.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to promote best practices in trauma-informed care.

• Engage in continued education and stay updated on the latest research and therapy practices in the field of trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals coping with trauma, PTSD, and related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
