Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations during initial consultations to understand each client's unique mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and preferences.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions to clients utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that encompasses various facets of each client's life, engaging with other healthcare providers when necessary for coordinated treatment plans.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in mental health care to enhance your therapeutic techniques and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. Each client presents unique circumstances that require sensitivity and a tailored approach, making your role critical to their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting with a focus on individual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
