Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, using standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to gather relevant information before developing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based techniques to support clients in their healing journey.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish specific therapeutic goals, and track their progress through regular reassessments and adaptation of treatment strategies as needed.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to clients who prefer virtual interaction or those facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that they receive consistent support and care.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional education, workshops, and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest practices in mental health and enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
