Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals, and adjust these plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

• Monitor client progress towards established goals and provide feedback in a supportive and constructive manner.
\n
• Engage in teletherapy, ensuring seamless access to services for clients dealing with transportation issues or other homebound challenges.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to uphold ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude to provide a welcoming environment for all clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience using teletherapy tools and platforms, demonstrating adaptability to virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
