Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services via individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, demonstrating your ability to act compassionately and effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Engage proactively in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.

Our therapists serve a broad and diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the needs of individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Proficient organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with relevant standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, we welcome applicants with a variety of experiences and specialties. Additional certifications in preferred therapeutic modalities or areas of focus will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your education and experience.
