Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based, aligning with the specific needs of each patient.
• Effectively prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, continuously monitoring treatment responses and making necessary adjustments to dosages.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling using diverse methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure holistic approaches to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, tracking medication responses, therapy outcomes, and any changes in symptoms.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to advance professional development and enhance care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is mandatory.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 200,000 to USD 250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
