Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, creating personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a diverse range of mental health disorders.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s well-being are supported.

• Engage clients' families by providing education and resources to foster understanding and support throughout the recovery process, enhancing the client’s support network.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld at all times.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer review sessions to continuously improve therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in clinical mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques.

• Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients on their path to recovery.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings particularly with children and families.
