Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, designed to facilitate flexible work arrangements while delivering critical social services within school settings. While regular business hours will form the core of your work schedule, occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed to meet client demands and program activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and analyze the social, emotional, and environmental challenges that students face.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote agency services and raise awareness of available mental health resources.

• Contribute to case conferences, attend team meetings, and partake in ongoing training sessions to enhance your professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students struggling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, particularly those stemming from socio-economic disadvantages. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
