Horizon Flex Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Bradenton, Florida outpatient office. Work Environment

The work environment at Horizon Flex Therapy is characterized by a collaborative culture where every team member contributes to our patients' success. Located in the beautiful city of Bradenton, our outpatient office is designed to provide a comfortable and professional atmosphere conducive to healing. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life schedule while providing essential care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify each patient's individual goals and needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique conditions and aspirations.
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 clients per hour, delivering focused attention and individualized interventions that yield measurable improvements in mobility and overall health.
• Utilize diverse treatment modalities to enhance motion and mobility while working actively to reduce reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens that are evidence-based and tailored to each patient.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment journey, inspiring them to adopt healthy lifestyles while improving their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic, coordinated care that supports optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care services comprehensively, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements while monitoring and communicating patients' progress consistently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and those seeking rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Horizon Flex Therapy, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, each with distinct needs, from athletes to seniors, ensuring every treatment is personalized to achieve effective and meaningful results.

Qualifications

• Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to obtain one prior to joining.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Strong background in developing and facilitating rehabilitative and wellness programs that cater to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive array of benefits designed to support your health and professional development.
