Insightful Life Care Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services via a remote setting that supports both individual and group therapy, offering you the flexibility to work from home while engaging directly with clients in a meaningful way.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for flexibility in scheduling, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the majority of the work is performed remotely, there will be opportunities for in-office collaboration in our outpatient facility as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the specific needs and strengths of each patient, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals and groups.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, addressing prevalent mental health concerns and fostering community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and guiding clients through difficult situations.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance overall recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate actively in case consultations, ongoing team meetings, and professional development activities to stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatments and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven skills in conducting in-depth mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering therapy to both individuals and groups from varied backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain professional boundaries, and adhere to ethical guidelines.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a similar outpatient counseling setting, particularly with the populations mentioned, will be considered an asset. Familiarity with integrated care models and community resources within the Mountlake Terrace area will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of $52,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications. Additional benefits include:
