Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health concerns, enabling the development of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions employing proven clinical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and solution-focused techniques, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress through regular feedback and assessment, ensuring they are actively engaged in their own healing journey.

• Provide teletherapy options to facilitate access to services for clients facing geographic, economic, or mobility barriers, ensuring equitable mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
