Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through telehealth platforms to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Execute therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions, guiding clients toward achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA standards to ensure client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using evidence-based therapy techniques and strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
