Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and flexibility to meet patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient psychological status and determine appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual and group therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to address emotional concerns and foster coping skills.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and address complex patient needs.

• Educate patients and families about mental health disorders, therapeutic options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain conferring documentation as per legal and ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
