Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Manassas, Virginia. The center supports a balanced work-life through flexible scheduling within a standard 40-hour workweek, typically Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patient history and contemporary assessment practices.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including functional assessments and mobility screenings to identify specific rehabilitation needs.

• Document patient progress meticulously, including daily encounter notes, interim summaries, and discharge evaluations, ensuring all records are compliant with regulatory standards.

• Engage in discharge planning by coordinating care transitions to ensure continuity of recovery for patients post-therapy.

• Maintain ongoing, respectful communication with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Attend team meetings and in-service training sessions to stay current with clinical practices and enhance collaborative treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with additional experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient clinical setting are preferred. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
