In this full-time remote role, you will deliver essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, allowing you to directly impact the mental health and wellness of a diverse client population. You will manage a caseload comprised of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, employing evidence-based practices to assist them in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. Your typical working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts. You will collaborate closely with primary care providers and other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions, providing crisis intervention, counseling, and support to clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Coordinate and implement behavioral health services, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Evaluate and document patient progress through timely intakes and assessments, ensuring compliance with all mental health policies and procedures.

• Provide referrals for clients requiring inpatient care or specialized services, ensuring they receive the most appropriate support.

• Screen clients for substance abuse issues, and refer those who require additional resources to appropriate local services.

• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LICSW will primarily work with a culturally diverse population of adults and families facing various mental health disorders. Our clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your ability to empathize with their unique experiences and work towards their treatment goals will be essential in fostering trust and therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current Washington State LICSW license.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year to reflect your experience and expertise.
