Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs. You will likely encounter clients facing issues such as anxiety, mild depression, relationship difficulties, and adjustment challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy towards clients’ situations.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate digital platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we favor candidates with prior experience in teletherapy, solution-based therapeutic approaches, or work in community health settings. Familiarity with an electronic health record (EHR) system is also beneficial.
