Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapeutic care that addresses the specific goals and needs of your patients, promoting optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Manage a reasonable patient caseload, ensuring that each patient receives the necessary attention and treatment tailored to their unique conditions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to implement effective, evidence-based interventions that enhance patients’ mobility and functionality.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs, customized to each patient's needs.
• Encourage non-surgical treatment options that minimize reliance on medications, focusing on holistic recovery strategies.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness, modifying plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment protocols accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Motivate patients through their recovery journey by providing education, support, and positive reinforcement, empowering them to adhere to their treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
