Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and movement patterns, reviewing pertinent medical history and utilizing evidence-based assessments to develop tailored treatment approaches.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining evaluation findings and collaboratively setting goals to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Implement treatment protocols that are customized to each patient's unique needs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Document all aspects of patient care, including evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and wellness strategies to support their long-term health and recovery.
• Participate in case discussions with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is a must.
