Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients by collecting detailed medical histories and conducting thorough physical evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs and goals.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure each patient receives comprehensive and attentive care.
• Utilize various treatment modalities including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes using EMR systems like WebPT.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share insights on patient well-being.
• Promote overall health and wellness by guiding patients in fitness and rehabilitation exercises tailored to their specific conditions.

• Proficient in designing and implementing successful therapeutic exercise programs.
• Ability to effectively utilize EMR software, particularly WebPT, for documentation purposes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
