Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining a connection to our outpatient office. Telehealth technology and tools are provided to facilitate seamless virtual sessions, ensuring you are equipped to deliver high-quality care from the comfort of your home. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices, ensuring individual approaches for each case.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' symptoms and foster long-term coping strategies.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA compliance, enhancing trust and safety in therapy.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve therapeutic practices continually.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, helping to bridge the gap towards understanding and empowerment.

• Stay abreast of research developments and advancements in the mental health field, ensuring the integration of updated practices into your therapy methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, facing a range of mental health issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, social challenges, and significant life transitions. Your expertise and interventions will be crucial in aiding these individuals on their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapeutic interventions, allowing you to adapt your techniques to serve each client's unique needs effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
