This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, enabling you to connect with patients in the comfort of their own homes. While the schedule adheres primarily to standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), some flexibility may be required to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments that identify patients' psychological and emotional needs as well as their treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups, serving as a resource for individuals seeking community and shared experiences.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to provide coordinated care, ensuring that treatment plans are holistic and comprehensive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
