Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to adult patients, focusing on orthopedic conditions prevalent in ages 40-65.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to foster patient independence.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient visits and treatment progress using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating effectively with fellow healthcare providers, including MDs, OTs, DCs, NPs, and PAs, to optimize patient management and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adapt treatment approaches based on patient needs, reinforcing adherence to rehabilitation goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff or interns as necessary, fostering a supportive environment for all team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population primarily consists of adults aged 40 to 65 who often present with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our goal is to empower these individuals to regain function and lead fulfilling, active lives through effective, patient-centered interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• An aptitude for using technology and familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role, especially within an outpatient setting, is highly desirable.

• Previous exposure to diverse therapeutic techniques and modalities for rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
