Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Old Bridge is a welcoming space designed to foster both patient comfort and collaborative practice. Working onsite allows for immediate communication and teamwork among multidisciplinary professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy to adult patients, typically ranging in age from 40 to 65, with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall function based on each patient's unique needs.
• Incorporate hands-on therapeutic techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education in your treatment methods.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, to ensure an integrated approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adult patients, particularly those aged 40-65, who are often recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries. These patients may require rehabilitation for conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, or chronic pain management. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; candidates with a Master's Degree are preferred.
• An active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication and clinical skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy is preferred.
• Prior outpatient experience is a plus, offering familiarity with an environment that prioritizes patient interaction and personalized care plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
